As Wet Mango, Cristina Fuentes produces, records, and performs live using a mix-match of hi-fi and lo-fi electronic equipment. She switches around gear such as synthesizers, keyboards, samplers, drum machines, effect pedals, and whatever else she can get her hands on. Mostly instrumental, Wet Mango is a non-definitive mix of many different electronic sub-genres, most closely associated with breakcore and live experimental electronics. Elements of electronic hardcore, industrial, and other hard styles are the most prevalent but always with a splash-dunk of booty bass. While mostly using four to the floor, there is heavy use of noise and splintered beats keeping it spicy. She also loves to cover songs including artists such as Prince and Siouxsie and the Banshees.
